A. RPR Services is a full-service home and office repair, improvement and maintenance company. We specialize in projects around your home and office ranging from general repairs to complete remodels. There is no job too small for our professional Craftsmen.

B. A RPR Services Craftsman will arrive at your home in a uniform with his own tools. We thoroughly screen each of our employees to ensure you can trust the person entering your home. On top of that all of our Craftsmen are licensed, and insured as well as skilled and experienced for all of your home and office projects. We will arrive on time and ready to work!

C. At RPR Services we work on a time and materials pricing basis. You are charged only for the actual time worked and materials purchased. Though most companies do not allow it, RPR Services will advise you on materials to buy and help you make a shopping list so you can buy your materials and do not have to pay us for shopping time or warranty markup (or supplies) needed for your project if you require us to purchase materials and transport for bigger jobs no worries, we can take care of that for you.

D. You can either give a check to the Craftsman at the end of the job, or in most areas, you can pay by credit card on site, over the phone or via final emailed invoice.

E. Scheduling an appointment with RPR Services is easy, simply contact our customer service representative through one of two ways:

  1. Call our office. 

  2. Complete the form on our site.

Generally, we can get most jobs on the schedule within 2-3 days of your call!

F. Once in your home, your Craftsman can provide you a list of materials that you can purchase yourself. As an alternative, our professional Craftsmen can purchase materials on your behalf.

 
Orders 

If you choose to purchase a product or service from our website, certain information may be required including financial information. This information will be used only for billing and order fulfillment purposes. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes in this privacy policy. You may opt out of any future contacts from us at anytime. You can do this by contacting us via email or phone number displayed in the contact information on the website.

Payment And Refund Policy

 

Below you will find our current payment and refund / replacement policy. Please read it carefully as this is the official policy in force at the present time. The policy listed below supersedes any other written document you may have received prior to today’s date. If you have any questions or comments about this policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Forms Of Payment


Cash, Check, Money Order, Debit Card, Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, Discover) All debit/credit card transactions will have a processing fee of 3% charged on top of the payment amount unless otherwise noted.

Returned checks

The service charge for a returned check is $75.00, plus any fees applied from your financial institution, regardless of the amount of the check, or the reason that it was returned.

Payment in full is expected at the time services are completed and we may apply a 6% late fee on any items paid after 15 days. Interest and other charges (including, but not limited to, collection fees) up to the maximum amount permitted by law may also be charged.. You agree to pay costs and fees, including but not limited to attorney fees, we incur to collect an unpaid balance from you.
Company may require you to authorize payment for Services by credit card or by debiting a bank account, and no additional notice or consent is required before we invoice the credit card or debit the bank account for all amounts due to us for any reason.

Product Warranty Policy

Some items used (ballasts, time clocks, exc) may have a limited warranty through their manufacture and should be handled accordingly.

Refunds/ Replacement

All purchases are final. Refunds for work, performed or not, will be handle at our discretion on an individual basis. In the event that a refund is awarded for services not yet rendered you will be mailed a check for the remaining balance minus a 5% processing fee and any applicable cancellation fees.  Please allow up to 8-12 weeks for refunds to be processed.

 

Cancellations

All requests for cancellations of a project  must be in writing by mail or emailed to services@rpratl.com if available, and are subject to a 5% processing fee. Any projects $300 and over will be subject to an additional penalty of 20% (loss of assumed security deposit). This is a non-refundable fee and can not be applied to any future appointments. If a project is canceled after work has been started any refund owed will be charged aforementioned fees minus any incurred labor hours at a rate of no less then $35, not exceeding $50 per labor hour.  Please allow up to 8-12 weeks for refunds to be processed.
